So yesterday. I unofficially really started to take control of my weight. I don't diet because diet is short term. You have to totally change your way of thinking, eating and exercising. I am using Sparkpeople.com for my calorie counter... and this blog.. So have you had your own weight loss journey? Did you use Atkins, Weight Watchers, or something else? Tell me about your experience and share your blog if you use one.
It's hard when you always have to be the strong one, no-one ever notices when your not ok... until you break
