High: high was talking to Williams therapist. Realizing we haven’t had a meltdown in two months
Low: I’m exhausted. I’m still depressed
Realizing Thanksgiving is in a week eek!
Gratitude: hour long nap and Stephanie calling to get me out of the house.

Yay no melt downs! Wtg on spending on 4$! Poor kitty hope he is OK and recovers fast but he has a good mommy taking care of him. Try to get some rest and remember you got me always
